One manifest
Your layout, facts, services, reviews and photos live in one document. The preview, your private test link and your live site are all built from it, and our tools refuse to put any other version live.
Edge hosting
Your finished site is static files on Cloudflare Pages, served from its global network with SSL renewed automatically. There is no server, plugin or database for you to keep up to date.

Our audit opens a site on a 360-pixel phone screen and scores it out of 100 by fixed rules. A site of ours has to score 90 or more before you see it.

Safe DNS
We never change your nameservers or any mail record. To connect the domain you already have, we ask for two web records and nothing else, so Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or your current mail host carries on as it is.

Ownership
The exported website files, the text written for you and your domain are yours to keep, move, edit or hand to another developer, with nothing more to pay. We keep the right to reuse our own template designs.
We never hold a site or a domain hostage. A domain we registered for you is transferred to you on request, for no more than the registry’s own fee.
On the day your site goes live: the complete site as a ZIP file, a plain-English note of where it is hosted and how to move it without us, the licence of every image and font, and your DNS records before and after.

No. Nothing is payable until you have tested the finished site on your phone and approved it in writing. There is no deposit and no card on file.
We never change your nameservers or any mail record, so email on Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or your current host stays as it is. To connect a domain you already have, we ask for two web records: a CNAME for www, and a forward of the bare domain to it.

That is a bespoke job under Tier 3: extra service or area pages, a blog, project galleries, a booking link or a cost estimator. It starts from £850, by written quote, and each part is paid for only after you have verified it working.
